Ban the production of halal meat in the UK

Rejected 20 signatures

What the petition asks

The production of halal meat is wrong. It involves the animal being fully aware of what's going on. The animals throat is then cut and the animal is left to bleed to death in agonising pain. It has been against the law to kill animals without stunning them since 1958, these animals are not stunned.
