What the petition asks
IT corporations are using Tier2 / ICT visas as a vehicle for Government sponsored tax evasion in the amounts of £4bn per year. The Government also rewards public sector IT failure with more money for IT Corporations that fail instead of succeed.£30bn recently spent on cancelled IT systems.
Government allows highly skilled IT workers to take tax free expenses in lieu of pay - http://www.backthemac.com
NHS System cancelled after spending £11bn - http://tinyurl.com/3jabl2j
Cost Overruns, Delays - EU Report http://tinyurl.com/hs7af37
93,000 grossly underpaid Tier2/ICT per year paid zero tax - offsetting wages as expenses. On real value highly skilled salary of £100k/yr they would pay £3.7bn in Income Tax to the Treasury per year - Bad for the Treasury - http://tinyurl.com/gnz4v7k
