Repeal TPD legislation for sensible discussion with vape shops & people who vape
Rejected

What the petition asks
Everyone, vapours or not, who hear about the TPD legislation all agree that it is not needed and doesn't help the people who benefit from quitting smoking.
I help run and manage two vape shops in the Manchester area. Each time I read the TPD legislation I find it makes my head spin by how it does nothing but benefit those who would like vaping to end in the UK.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The issue you raise is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament. The Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) is an EU Directive and the UK has not yet left the EU. You could start a new petition asking for the UK Government to work with other EU member states to change the TPD.
