What the petition asks
Fireworks whilst lovely are the bane of pet owners lives. The week leading up to & after bonfire night & new years are a very stressful time. Too many people are letting them off in residential areas at inappropriate times & at different times during the year for events that only a few know about.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
