Investigat all top bankers that were involved in the 2008 financial collapse.

What the petition asks
Now that we have had time to reflect on the financial collapse. I would like to see all top level bankers that were involved in the 2008 financial collapse investigated. And if any mismanagement or fraudulent misconduct is found then prosecute the bankers accordingly.
