What the petition asks
Stop the targeting of vulnerable people in government cut backs, make the government recognise the consequences of disregarding mental health issues as "not a real disability". Government to stop the P.I.P system penalising disabled people. And carers allowance accessable for all low income homes.
Increase payment of carers allowance & accessable for all. Multiple payments made when caring for more than one person. And tax relief to anyone who is a main carer for a relative or friend and is on a low income.
And pay increases to anyone who is a professional carer, support worker, nurse or health care assistant to promote jobs, decrease breakdown of practice/poor working environments and the stop of over stretched employees and abuse of staff/services users.
