What the petition asks
Make using a hand held device behind the wheel of a vehicle the same punishment as drink driving, a 12 months ban.Research shows that using a device behind the wheel lowers driving standards further than 2-3 units of alcohol in your system,but yet alcohol gets you a ban where a phone is just points.
