Change the law so fathers get equal rights over their children!

What the petition asks

Fathers should have just as many rights over a child as the mother!! These days and ages men and woman are classed as equals so where their children are concerned then so should shared parental rights be equal!! Unless there is very good reason. not to.

Why is it that the mother is 100% sided for over the child, why does the law always side for the mother, and why can a woman be enabled to lie about the circumstances and go to great lengths to stop the father seeing his child?

If accusations are made then this should be proved and backed up 100% before any decision is made!

And how do mothers get away with not putting a father on the birth certificate knowing full well who the child's father is!!!

This should be against the law.
