Change the legal definition of rape so that it doesn't exclude male rape victims

What the petition asks
In the U.K. - rape is "penetration with a penis" - this excludes males assaulted by females and females assaulted by other females. A woman could force a man inside of her and it wouldn't be classed as rape.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
