What the petition asks
I am writing for something I know effects a lot of people, I am trying to help people with ideas be able to use them without being effected by the company they work for. It is currently legal for your employer to own the right to work you created outside of work and not using any company resources.
This is because I feel that people should have the right to own work they created. I myself am one of these people and know a few who are as well and I really want to do all that I can to help make it so that we can reach our full potential without the worry of the company we are working for taking the product as there own.
