Car insurance prices shouldn't change from postcode to postcode

What the petition asks
For instance, BT11 and BT17 insurance prices are very very high at around £5000 a year because they were associated with a bad reputation in the past. However, times have changed, and young drivers nowadays are more mature when it comes to owning a car and insurance.
