What the petition asks
The Scottish government announced they plan to hold a new referendum on Scottish independence due to Brexit.
The Brexit vote was to take the whole UK out of the EU, not just England, Wales & N Ireland.
I feel this materially alters the Brexit argument & we need to hold another referendum on it

The referendum was based around the question "Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?"
If Scotland votes for independence, the United Kingdom will no longer exist as an entity and, as such, the question becomes invalid.
