UK voters should be allowed to vote on Scottish Independence

What the petition asks

Scotland is currently massively subsidised by taxpayers in England,Wales and Northern Ireland. As Scotland costs us money we should have the right to decide whether we wish Scotland to remain in the United Kingdom

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Any future referendum vote on Scottish Independence must be given to all the UK.
