All British citizens want a referendum on Scotland remaining part of the Union

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

The Parliament of Scotland want to hold a 2nd referendum only for citizens of Scotland to decide if they remain part of the Union, or choose Independence. All British citizens should have a vote on determining if Scotland should be allowed to continue as a member of that Union.
How long should Scotland continue to undermine the rest of the Union by continually calling for referendums on independence? This is a chance for Northern Ireland, Wales and England to determine the Value that Scotland brings to the Union and decide if Scotland should remain a part of the Union.
