Petition · past parliament

Pass a Section 30 Order enabling a referendum on Scottish independence NOW.

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

The Scottish Government was elected with an explicit mandate for an independence referendum if Scotland was to be taken out of the EU against the wishes of Scotland's people. It has the votes in the Scottish Parliament to support this. The UK Government must not stand in its way in any fashion.
