Prevent employers from banning religious/political symbols in the workplace
Closed

What the petition asks
The ECJ has ruled that it is legal for employers to ban the wearing "any political, philosophical or religious sign" in the workplace. This is discriminatory, and will disproportionately affect religious minorities, particularly Muslim women. We call upon the government to reject the ECJ's ruling.
