What the petition asks
The First Ministers only focus is her own political agenda and she is not acting towards the best interests of the people of Scotland.
She continuously ignores the 'once in a generation referendum' There are more important matters to be addressed within Scotland than leaving the UK. Such as Healthcare, Education, how to protect the oil industry etc.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
