What the petition asks
Following the Electoral Commission's finding that the Conservative Party breached spending rules in the 2014 European Parliament Election and 2015 General Election, the results of those elections should now be considered invalid.
On 16th March 2017, the Electoral Commission fined the Conservative Party for breaching rules concerning the transparency of campaign costs. Those rules exist to prevent voters’ confidence in our democratic processes in our democratic process from being undermined.
