By-elections enforced for breaking election expenses rules

What the petition asks
To enforce a Parliamentary by-election where the existing winning candidate breaks election expenses rules. Also to include additional fines and possible banning of that Party from standing in that by-election.
With the Conservative Party being fined £70,000 for recent breaches, as well as others, it is clear that free and fair elections are no more than a myth and that such actions undermine the democratic process.
This petition demands that breaches of electoral expenses by the winning candidate will require an immediate by-election, the possibility of fines amounting to several times the value of the breach and the banning of the Party in breach from standing in that by-election.
