What the petition asks
The conservatives failed to "report accurately" how much it spent at three by-elections and the 2015 general election. The electoral commission found that £104765 was missing from the general election expenses and £118124 was not reported or reported incorrectly.
The conservatives failed to "report accurately" how much it spent at three by-elections and the 2015 general election. Giving them an unfair campaign advantage in the general election of 2015 amongst numerous other by-elections and political votes including those on Brexit. If the Conservative party had not won the 2015 elections then the Brexit vote may never have come to pass. A re-election should be held to ensure that a non bias democratic vote can determine the lead political party.
