Stop MPs from holding a second job which takes more than one day a week.

What the petition asks
It seems unreasonable for a Member of Parliament to hold a second job when they are paid £74,962 a year (plus expenses) representing their constituents. If the second job takes more than one day a week surely they will not have enough time left to fulfill their obligations to the public.
Many examples exist but George Osbourne editing the Evening Standard is a current demonstration. He also has a £650,000 job at investment house BlackRock. Where does he find the time?
