What the petition asks
If we are leaving the EU then we must leave it fully, we can no longer afford an act that give credence to criminals over the rights of law abiding citizens, when we wish to deport people we do not want them hiding behind laws such as a right to family etc. Victims before criminals.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
We think that this petition is similar:
Abolish the Human Rights Act.
