What the petition asks
Waitrose have decided to make customers buy something before claiming their free tea or coffee. This will take effect from April 3rd 2017. Waitrose have always allowed any loyalty card holders to have a free drink regardless if they buy anything. This should not change.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
