What the petition asks

In 2014, an individual was convicted due to having 4000 indecent images/videos of children. This person is allowed to photograph, with long lens, children and upload pictures to the internet without parents consent. He is on the sex offenders register.

Any individual who is a convicted paedophile or sex offender should not be allowed to own/have in their possession any media content of children's images, whether the child is clothed/partially clothed or naked. This includes pictures, images on a computer, laptop, memory stick, camera or any other media device that can hold images.
