What the petition asks

The UK has the strictest gun laws in the world which have only served to put guns into the hands of criminals and criminals only. As a law abiding citizen in the free world we should have a right to bear arms to defend our homes and selves when in public.

We should have concealed carry laws of handguns and be allowed shotguns or rifles in the home to protect our property and family from intruders.Repeal our current laws surrounding handguns and extend the rights of shotgun and rifle owners beyond sport shooting and pest control.

All guns should require liscencing and criminal background checks.
