Give local residents the right to a present a petition oppose planning decisions

Rejected 17 signatures

What the petition asks

The proposed planning designs, supporting documentation and consultant reports for the Sefton Council Boothroyd Mental Healthcare Facility have failed to appropriately engage local residents and assess a thorough impact appraisal upon them in conjunction to the detailed review for patients.
Planning began with an extension to current facilities to a radical change in plans for the erection of a part two storey, part single storey mental health care facility, followed by demolition of existing buildings on site and subsequent layout of associated landscaping, access and parking in close proximity to residential dwellings
