Stop mobile phone companies taking back your data allowance that you pay for

Closed 83 signatures

What the petition asks

Most of us have a monthly contract with mobile phone companies, with minutes, texts and data depending on what contract you choose.
We agree a term of contract and pay to there conditions but I want to know why every month they reset your data allowance even if I have 1gb left.
So I'm with a mobile company and I get 3gb data with minutes and texts.
By the time the month is up I may be left with around 1gb data yet they take it back.
The thing is you have paid for it so what gives them the rights to take, reset and lose what you had.
Why can't they add it into your next months.
It unfair!!
