Make forced Umbrella payment fees illegal, for all Agency workers.

What the petition asks
As many agency workers feel, being forced to pay upwards of £15 a week, to an Umbrella company, just to have our payments given to us.
This should be paid for by the agency themselves, not out of our own hard earnings.
