Remove vaping, e cigarettes and e cigarette products from the TPD

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

Vaping and vape products are highly popular and proves a good way to quit smoking. On 20th may 2017 all vaping and e cigarette products will come under the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) meaning restrictions on the amount of liquid in bottles will be limited to 10ml and in tanks down to 2ml
We want the government to remove vaping and vaping products from the TPD as there is no need for it to governed by the TPD as it contains no tobacco. There is no need for these restrictions it is simply a money making scheme and is uncalled for. 2.6 million people in the U.K. Vape and people should not have to pay more for there products and also lose products that they love and use on a regular basis
