Take into account the other parent's wage when calculating CSA payments.

What the petition asks
When calculating Child maintenance payments, it should not just be based on the one wage of who is paying the maintenance. The other parent's wage should be taken into account, and adjusted accordingly so payments are fair and the children benefit from being with both parents.
Personally all CSA payments should be in the form of food and clothing tickets or something a long those lines, so that all parties know that the children's welfare is being taken care of and not being spent on anything that isn't for the children.
