What the petition asks
Stop banning nurses from working for agencies and the various trusts that provide conviniencce for their families. The government introduced capping for pay rates that nurses who are self employed and those working to supplement their poor wages. The government went further to introduce the ir35.
How ever these are the facts.
1. The victims will be the nurses, doctors and mostly patients.
2. We already have a massive shortage of workforce and if you have worked inpatient you will be aware that minus agency nurses the Nhs will collapse.
3. Forcing these changes will only alienate nurses to either leave full time posts into full time agency as this option will still carry flexible working creating a lot of problems with staffing.
WHY TARGET HARD WORKING NURSES / DOCTORS, WHY??????
