No referendum for Scottish independence until at least 2 years after Brexit

What the petition asks
The Scottish Parliament wishes to have another Scottish Referendum again due to the UK voting to leave the EU .
We call on the UK Government to not accept this request until 2021 so that Scottish voters have a clear view of what Brexit is like
This will also stop politicians using project fear.
