What the petition asks

The bank of England has just announced it is considering using non-sustainable palm oil in all new £20 notes.
Non-sustainable palm oil production is the main reason the Bornean orangutan has recently been announced as critically endangered, meaning it's on the brink of extinction.

If the government doesn't step in now to stop this, the entire species will soon become extinct in the wild. It is absolutely unacceptable.
