DWP medical assessments to be recorded to stop the lies being told by assessors

What the petition asks

Many people have been the victim of lies when receiving their award decision after medical assessments have been carried out by so called health care professionals by atos/capita on behalf of the DWP for ESA/PIP. This has resulted in many people being refused the benefit they are clearly entitled to
