What the petition asks

hospital failed to carry out life saving tests that are standard according to nice guidelines. Resulting in multi organ failure, pneumonia, sepsis and acute kidney damage & many other medical battles, and most devastingly the loss of my daughter. Multiple professionals didn't follow the guidance.
CCGs do not have a legal duty to comply with NICE. Judge Justice Jay ruled in a previous case that the CCG was under an obligation in public law to have regard for the NICE guidance and to provide clear reasons for any general policy that does not follow NICE guidance and to provide clear reasons for any general policy that does not follow NICE guidance. professionals should be held accountable and be prosecuted should injury or death occur due to non compliance. Compensation is not justice.
