What the petition asks
As a mother who lives in the community and have lived here all my life, I have become aware that there is nothing to keep the younger generation motivated and active. I feel that children need some good role models and something entertaining to do.
youth clubs that hold activities such as football - dancing - dj workshops -art & craft workshops. these are just a few ideas that come to mind. I also feel that some self defence classes such as martial arts, karate, kickboxing would be beneficial for the young children. I believe that this would help with discipline and respect. Crime is becoming an issue that is involving young people due to no motivation and boredom.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
