What the petition asks
mothers of babies whose fathers are deceased prior to birth/registration face a lengthy and costly battle to have the father put on and I want this made easier and cheaper!
As a mother of an unborn baby whose father is deceased I'm faced with a lengthy and very costly battle to get my fiances name put on the birth certificate because he was killed before we made it down the aisle and I don't see how this is fair, it's hard enough as it is without the added stress and I know I'm not alone with this! So I'm petitioning for change!
