Women shouldn't have to declare their marital status via titles Miss, Mrs and Ms
Rejected
18 signatures
What the petition asks
When filling out forms, women are required to use titles of Miss, Mrs or Ms whereas men have the single title of Mr. Marital status is personal information and irrelevant in most cases, and can lead to discrimination in some cases. Forms should have the option of no title or a gender neutral title.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
