stop holiday companies raising prices excessively during school holidays

What the petition asks
Due to the recent court ruling parents are not permitted to take their children on holiday during term time. For I got them them to to pay up to £417 extra on an identical holiday package in the U.K. surely the regulator can impose a cap on price rise during school holidays?

The price hike happens the same day most schools break up for the year, 21st of July. They lower on the 1st which is the same day the new term starts.
