Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

Chandler's Ford Parish Council is considering plans to extend Hiltingbury Pavilion into green recreational space.

This petition aims to demonstrate the community's strength of feeling on the need to retain Hiltingbury Rec as a green space for all.
Please see http://www.chandlersford-pc.gov.uk/Parish_Council/Council_Agendas.aspx for details and plans.

This petition aims to demonstrate to Chandler's Ford Parish Council the strength of feeling in the community on the need to retain green space and recreational areas. Whilst additional indoor sports facilities on a "brown field" site would be welcome, the loss of space on Hiltingbury Recreation Ground is not a price the Chandler's Ford community is willing to pay.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

This petition calls on Chandler's Ford Parish Council, not the UK Government or Parliament, to take action. The UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for decisions about changes to Hiltingbury Pavilion.
