What the petition asks
Chem trails are chemicals sprayed over the Population most days and its making people sick and changeing our wether. And we have no forecasting of its future effects on the population and is toxic . The chemicals are mixed and sprayed from aircraft at high altitude to make clouds and alter rain fall
