What the petition asks
In April 2016, it was made a legal requirement for dogs to be microchipped. It is one year on from this and still, cats are being ignored. Cats go exploring all the time and sometimes don't come back, making this a legal requirement, could mean that less cats go missing every year
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
