Our system is open to abuse and gives neither the buyer or seller any security or confidence that the transaction will be completed. If part of the housing chain collapses, many families face undue emotional and financial stress. Please sign this petition For England to join the 21st century.
Buying or selling a property is one of the most stressful experiences of adult life. It isn't difficult to change the laws in England to those they follow in Scotland. The laws need to be changed now.
