What the petition asks
Change the law so that Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and Disability Living Allowance (DLA) assessments must be video recorded, if the patient consents, in order for a more accurate outcome honest outcome.
Many people are being refused what they are quite rightly entitled to because many assessments aren't accurate and don't show the needs of each disabled individual, being they are wheelchair bound or mentally ill. Let's change the law in order to get a fair decision. Putting people in physical pain through more pain and the mentally ill questioning why people think they are fine when they are clearly not! Let's help make a difference. Let us the people who live with these illnesses have a voice!
