Wage gaps have got out of hand, meaning top earners are paid a ridiculous amount more then entry level staff. Often on a false pretense that hugh salaries attract the best candidates. It just attracts the greedy.More people are struggling to make ends meet due to inflation driven by a skewed.

A cap on how many times the lowest salary a company's top salary is would drive up that bottom salary and make wage distribution fairer, would equalise the housing market and boast the economy much more than 99% of money being in the hands of 1% of people.
