Some couples without approaching court of law, taking the spouse living on visa to foreign countries and abandoning so that the spouse cannot enter back to the UK
There are several times couples, either or both living in the UK, having marital issues taking their partners and abandoning in a foreign country and informing border agency that marriage is broken, The border agency is just cancelling the spousal visa without any kind of legal checks they were supposed to do, making the spouse undergo severely suffer unjustified severe physical and psychological trauma
