Decriminalise marijuana, and legalise for medical and recreational use.

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

There is a countless amount of evidence backing up marijuana to not only be a recreational drug, but a medical phenomenon. Patients are having to flee the UK to other countries that have moved with the times and have legalised/decriminalised.
Why are we so far behind the rest of the world?
On the 12th October 2015 they said: "Substantial scientific evidence shows cannabis is a harmful drug that can damage human health."
Well we now know that cannabis isn't a "harmful" drug that damages health. In fact the opposite. Here is a link to UK CHILD that had to flee the country because rules on a plant in the soil.

Business insider UK even made a list for the top 23 health
benefits for cannabis.

How can anyone say it damages human health?
