Maternity pay to reflect your regular salary.

What the petition asks
Maternity pay is the same for everyone regardless of their usual earnings. A part time colleague took her full maternity leave as her pay was similar to her usual salary. I feel discriminated as a higher earner as I will need to return to work early as I will lose £1200 per month on maternity pay.
