Change the law so drivers are required to stop when cats have been run over

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Hi my name's Natasha and I'm 24 years old. I'm a big lover of animals but I'm really really getting sick and tired of my cats being run over. Now I accept when cats go out there is always a chance of it happening but this is the 3rd one in 7/8 months and not one bothers to stop.
Not to see if the cat is ok nor to move the poor animal to the side of the road or inform a neighbour. THIS HAS TO STOP. They are just as loved and just as popular as dogs so why not treat them the same? Please get behind the petition as I'm pretty sure many of you have experienced the same thing
