What the petition asks
Due to the irrational and political decision of a politicise Transport for London unable to act in the best interest of the Londoners refusing Uber renewal of a license. The Parliament will need to take back control in relation to significant licenses for innovative operators like Uber.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure whether you would like the Government to take on the role of managing all transport in London or whether you'd like something different.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking the Government to set up an independent national body to issue private hire operator licences.
